I've checked the cable on arrival and they use both Cat6 wiring and appropriate Cat6 RJ-45 Jack. Both of these things are important as Cat6 supports upto 10Gbps and this particular type of RJ-45 jack isolates each twisted pair to reduce crosstalk. These cables are definitely worth the money that they sell for if you plan on using Gigabit ethernet. The cheaper cables that I've bought earlier either used cheap cables or were Cat5 and didn't support speeds higher than 100Mbps.
