Love this product, I use it for pain in my back. I also have problems staying warm. It has a long cord so I can sit on the sofa and use it or in bed. It has a tie wrap for around the waist like a dressing gown and buttons to hold it around the neck. It is soft, warm, comfy and can change the heat settings to make it warm-hot and a timer for it to go off. Excellent product to help with pain and discomfort

Absolutely brilliant! Bought for someone who has fibromyalgia & this heat pad helps with her pain. The whole pad heats her whole back including the neck & shoulders. The pad sits comfortably on the shoulders without sliding about & feels comfortable and lightweight. The controller is nice and big without being clumsy and feels good quality overall. Probably one of the best things I've bought her. The problem now is tearing her away from it 🙂. If you suffer pain where heat helps, you won't regret buying this, especially for the price. Before getting this she'd go through one of those adhesive gel heat pads every day costing £4 pack of 4 & hasn't bought any since so this electric pad will soon pay for itself 'as it were'. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

This heating pad is really nice for easing back, neck, and shoulder aches. It heats up quickly and covers a good area, so it feels comforting and relaxing. The material is soft enough to lie on comfortably, and the controls are straightforward to use. Overall, it’s a handy and effective way to get some pain relief at home.

Great heating pad. There are heating elements throughout, but not in the collar. Highest setting gives good heat. I got it because I wanted heat aver my whole back and to be able to secure it around my waist/ hips as my lower back is my biggest problem area. I have it 4 stars because the tie around the waist is just a double layer of the lightweight, fleece cover material that ties like a dressing gown belt. It's quite flimsy and I don't think it will last very long. Overall, a good product and I'm pleased with it.

Great heating corset. Relaxing my sore back. Very soft and comfy. But I 5hink cordless version would be better and beneficial. Cord long but still you need to be near the socket.

This is ok. It heats up pretty well, and the timer is useful. That's because it's been relegated to use as a night-time bed warmer -- a modern version of the 18th c. version. Sitting at my desk the only thing it usefully heats and helps with aches and pains are the very tops of my shoulders. Which, while nice, is useless, frankly. It has about 0 weight or solidity to it so I might as well be wearing crepe paper. It might be because my torso is too short (I'm 5'4") but believe the description indicated it would be fine. It does almost nothing for my lower back at all, which is where I really really need it. Considering buying a more weighted one like my father has, and meanwhile using the £7.99 hot water bottle velcro belt thingy I bought. At least that has cute factor in the form of a fuzzy raccoon face. Meh. 3 Stars to be fair in that it *might be me combined with usability to keep my heating bills down and has a bed/body warmer. Hope this reading helps someone else with lower back issues -- I'd move swiftly on if I had the choice again lol ....

This is fabulous for relieving shoulder and back pain. It is easy to use and fits perfectly. It heats back of neck, shoulders and back. The heat is easy to regulate and the weight of the pad is perfect.

Dieses Heizkissen ist echt top. Heute angekommen und sofort ausprobiert. Die Heizsrufen kann man einstellen,sehr angenehm. Auch wir lange die Matte wärmen soll kann man einstellen. Sie passt super auf den Rücken und wird angenehm warm. Ich liebe dieses Teil jetzt schon.

Not as good as i expected The heat max level i consider it medium where i needed something hot Also the heat distribution doesnt reach the neck part at all so if you want neck reach this is not for you The remote is very tacky But the product overall is nice to have as a warmer in the winter but not as a heating pad for back pain
