Fantastic for portioning.
Used this to portion out very sticky desserts. Works wonderfully. Straight forward to use and easy to clean.

Wrong mechanism
It push the scope of ice cream instead of sliding around it.Which makes stick and doesn’t deliver proper rounded scope

I've always hated the classic ice cream scoopers with the metal bit that moves side to side, as it always ends up getting stuck or not getting the scoop right...This one does the job perfectly and I'm so happy to have one that works properly!
