Didn’t moisturizer well and In hot weather it becomes a liquid but normally its a gel. Ps it taste really bad, get the no flavor one

Very watery/oily.
I bought this thinking to would be like every other CARMEX lip balm, but no. This one was very watery and had a very bad smell. Right away went to trash bin.
