Cesar MillanDog Backpack (Small)

I bought a small for our 27 pound 6 month old mutt (who has since gained over 5 pounds since rescued). She’s not a fan of having it buckled on, and it took a bit to adjust the fit so it wouldn’t slip to the side (mostly fiddling with the chest strap). But now the sides are even and working well! She doesn’t let it slow her down one bit! We use it mostly off leash in the country, and I’ve tried taking her next to me on a bike ride as well.I was a little apprehensive for this purchase because of the price and the reviews, but it’s held up to biweekly use for two months now. I bought a couple small Gatorade bottles to put in the pockets as a regular water bottle would not fit. I would recommend this backpack!

Good buy for the $. Fits well, dog can move easily - even swim. Disappointed that pockets cannot hold a 16 oz water bottle - otherwise would have given it a 5.

This barely fit a 13” beagle. But it does the job. I had to cut some of the ribbings, they frayed, but I cauterized them. The size small did not fit the dog the way it should have. Returning it cost me $7.36 which was not posted on the web site which was annoying! The medium was a good fit for my doodle but straight out of the package it was defective. The trim did not cover the edge of the fabric so I expect it will fall apart fairly easily. I am surprised that Cesar would put his name on something not made well. It's too bad as the design is great.

I like the color quality and easy use. I used this with my dog almost evvery day I walk with her, at the end of the walk she is tired. I really love this product.

I have a cattle dog that needs lots of exercise. With the backpack he gets releases more energy in less time. This is great for days when I don't have time to walk him for an hour. I love the design of the backpack. You can adjust the amount of weight that you put in the side pockets depending on the size of your dog.

I bought 2 of these. One for a small dog ~ 25 lb and one for a medium dog ~ 50 lb Blue Healer. The medium dog vest required me to adjust the vest to it's smallest size (not easy to do.) The small dog vest may not be be adjusted to fit my smaller hound. If you can't get them to fit they shift when the dogs run and I am afraid they may cause joint damage. On the upside they can carry up to 360 rounds of 5.56 ammo. I found my Blue Healer was good with 240 and my hound made well with 120.

My dog lives it. She now bows her head so I can put it on. We keep doggies bags in the pockets. So convenient
