Attractive and fully functional with an ancient design from the 1600's. Its that old. Lovely piece that I enjoy being an art glass collector.

I bought this as a gift and the recipient was happy. It is well packed by the manufacturer and protected. Very clear glass and the temperature discs are easy to see. Enjoyable to look at as well as decorative.

I bought this for my older tiels' area. I am still confused about understanding how it reads the temperature, but it's very decorative. It gives me an idea the birds' "ideal" temps without their arthritis acting up. (My house has different temps in each room!)

I saw one of these years ago but at the time they were much more expensive. I saw this and it is well made and has a reasonable price. I have this on my desk and at one point during the day the sun hits it. When this happens it sparkles and looks fantastic! One final note: The packaging for this was Excellent! It is in a box with information printed on the sides and the inside has a custom foam protective core.

Galileo thermo-meter is good for temperature.
