Very soft and comfortable material but I do feel it suits better when baby has a bit of neck strength around 6-8 weeks old as beforehand their chin is pressed on chest, it could have a bit better shape to it in my opinion as I was worried my baby was uncomfortable and it was a bit dangerous.I held off using until he had a bit of neck strength.

I bought this specifically because it was advertised as being suitable for newborns. The seat is at a 45 degree angle and can’t be moved to lie flatter, and the seat is deep and definitely not firm, so my baby’s chin goes to her chest when sat in it, and her shoulders roll forward. It’s a serious positional asphyxia risk and should never have been advertised as being suited to a newborn.For an older baby it might be ok for closely supervised use, but I would say it’s very over-priced for what it is.

Seriously better out there and regret my husband buying this. This has no power whatsoever it literally moves a cm and you might as well not insert batteries as it literally stays still. The thing squeaks when moving and sounds really cheap. For the price I would have expected much more quality. It’s a faff to get the baby in as the seat has got removable cushions and my baby kicks them off before she’s even sat in it. Wish I could get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I wish I had read the below mentioned reviews before purchasing this bouncer. The rail which contains the stuffed animals is not fit for purpose as it becomes loose and falls off without warning. Unfortunately after reading several reviews it appears I am not the only customer who has been affected by this poorly manufactured problem. My advice is to stay clear of this product.
