Great water, bad packaging
The case was broken, all the bottles arrived loose in a bag. Looks like trash. I dont understand how they can neatly pack a case of toilet paper in a box, but not do the same for a messed up case of water.

Bad storage and delivering
Water was stored in a bad way. All bottles are very warm and puffed. Not even 1 bottle can stand normally. One pack was ripped and open, and other one also not good. 1 bottle is missing.
