I hate giving reviews so early in the purchasing process because some things can work phenomenally, and then three weeks later, you can end up having problems. Still, as most people state, I’ll update if something down the line doesn’t meet my satisfaction. This MacBook Pro is above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for; all of the keys function. It’s fast, no scratches, no dings. It looks practically brand new for a refurbished MacBook, even though we don’t know what the refurbish contributed to. It’s working flawlessly, I’m able to do my post for my online classes and not have to use my roommate's MacBook Air. Battery life is beyond anything I could’ve hoped for, 92% battery. Life is phenomenal for 2025. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase!

I received a faulty device. After multiple attempts to update to the latest version of Mac OS, I noticed that it wouldn’t work and that this Mac also appears to have a full battery even after hours of use. I’m not sure what they did to the battery. It says that it’s at 100%capacity, but even in the best-case scenario, that can’t be possible for a 4 year old computer. They didn’t include a charger either, but that’s the least of my worries. Going to repurchase from a more trusted source. Hoping for a better result. (Update) The MacBook stopped being able to hold a charge . It was so exhausting trying to get this thing to work. I really was so happy to receive this. It looked pretty good and I was so hyped to see a perfect battery. I should’ve known something was up when that status never changed or when the update to the latest OS would not complete. I kept trying for hours and hours. I really still have no clue what was wrong with this computer. The replacement is on its way from a different seller. I am hoping for a better result. 😞

I ordered this Amazon Renewed MacBook Pro 13.3" listed as being in excellent condition. Functionally, it works great, the battery is still at 98% capacity, everything operates properly, and it came with the original charger. There are a few cosmetic flaws: a small dent and scratch on the front panel visible from a distance, and one slightly dented corner. Fortunately, these didn’t prevent me from using a cover. While the cosmetic issues don’t affect performance, I wouldn’t quite describe the condition as “excellent” based on Amazon’s own description. Still, for the price and performance, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

My Macbook was delivered quickly with the charger. I love my device it works properly with no issues. I recommend it to my daughter in college and we both are satisfied!

Looking at the seller reviews had me a little nervous after I purchased it but I got mine today and it is in fact, in excellent condition. 90% battery capacity. Smooth running. No cosmetic damage. Almost brand new. Very pleased so far. Perfect for what I need it for.

Normalmente me jacto de cazar ofertas muy buenas, esta sin duda es la mejor que he alcanzado. Me costó menos de 11mil un día que estaba en oferta y no lo pensé mucho. A pesar de que tenía miedo porque anteriormente tuve una mac reacondicionada que no estaba nada bien, me llevé una muy buena sorpresa. La computadora sólo tiene un detalle imperceptible en la pantalla, es un golpe como si le hubiera caído justo un clavo, pero de verdad no afecta en nada. Fuera de eso está súper bien, la batería incluso está en 100% de salud. Me ha funcionado increíble. Llevo 5 meses con ella y la adoro. Es un excelente equipo por un increíble precio. Es cierto que comprar un equipo reacondicionado es un tiro al aire, pero si es en estado bueno o excelente, especialmente si está respaldado por Amazon, de verdad vale la pena. Si lo están pensando no lo duden mucho, de verdad excelente compra!

The laptop is also very quiet because it doesn’t have a fan, and it stays cool most of the time.Overall, this is one of the best laptops I have used.
