Gluten free orange chicken! My kids love orange chicken however the place we use to get GF orange chicken went out of business and now we make delicious chicken at home with this potato starch!

Organic, and potato starch has a higher temperature rating
The most important to me is that it is organic, but the second most important thing is that it has a higher temperature rating than other starches such as corn starch, so your oil lasts longer and you can also use higher temperatures when cooking with avocado oil that has a high flash point/temperature.
