Universal Barbeque Grill Scraper, Wooden Handle - 16 Inches Long

This is an excellent tool for cleaning grids on your grill. It is very sturdy. Its long handle is made of a sturdy metal rod and strong wooden hand grip and the scraping end is a fixed circular thick brass piece with with different sized and shapes deep divots cut into it that fit a variety of sizes and shapes of grids. The length gives good leverage for cleaning and also keeps you a good distance from the fire so you can scrape while the grids are still hot (scraping while the metal grids are still hot is the easiest way to get a clean grid). There are no bristles to be concerned about getting into your food. I looked a very long time before I found this. I highly recommend this tool.

I bought this scraper mid May and have used it multiple times since then. I loved my Weber Grill Brush that I had used for years but the "bristle in the food" issue started to get to me mentally like many others. I did a lot of internet searching and decided to give the Martin Grill Gadget a try. I figured it might be a bit more work to use but worth it. I was right! This simple scraper does the job safely with just a bit more effort. The construction is simple but well thought out and solid. I think it will last for many years. There are no bristles to worry about, it fits my Weber Genisis stainless grate perfectly, is simple to clean and .....well hey it's a grate cleaner what more is there to say. My only suggestion might be the option of a longer handle, I like 21", which is nice if you clean the grill hot. I adjusted to cold cleaning and it works just fine. You really can't go wrong.

This will likely last forever. It does a good job getting large amounts of debris off the grill, but after you're done using it, you still need to clean the grill with something else (half of an onion, oiled paper, aluminum foil ball).

After cleaning my grill grates several weeks ago, you know that twice a year take them out and really scrub them sort of clean, I found a wire stuck in one of the little holes that are in the infrared grill grates. There has been many stories on the news about people getting wire stuck in their intestine from grill brushes and I thought I am very careful and this will not happen to me. After really cleaning the grates and finding this little wire in the grate my wife would not let me grill again if I was going to use a wire brush to clean the grates and not cleaning them was not the answer either. After looking on Amazon for a solution I came across this grill scraper. I was allowed to grill once, grates were really clean, then the next day the scraper arrived so I turned on the grill waited 5 minutes and used my new scraper. It works like a charm, it may take one minutes longer, but one minute is nothing compared to surgery to remove a wire. It works so well I prefer it over the wire scraper. Infrared grill tend to be harder to clean and this scraper makes it easier than anything I have used, including the scraper it came with. It is a quality scraper and I expect it to last forever. I thank this company for making a safer and a top quality grill scraper.

Worlds Best? Not sure about that. It's durable and effective but takes about 3x longer than a conventional brush. Due yourself a favor and buy a welders wire brush for $9 - you'll be happier US Forge Welding Stainless Steel Wire Brush #00303

Fun to use, easy to use and does the job needed once you get the knack of it. Don't fall for the complaints. Their just lying to get free items or money back. When you get this grill Cleaner. Take the Nut off and apply a little Lock Tight. Use a Mild one. It works well. Everything works fine and now I can clean grill quicker.

Had to try this grill scraper from Martins Grill Gadget when I was shopping Amazon. I have been looking for a good grill scraper/brush since we grill sometimes 3 times a week but all I can find is the wire bristle brushes which are extremely dangerous. As the brushes age the wires fall out and if ingested have caused serious injuries.So this Grill Scraper advertises itself as Universal and will fit most if not all grill grates. It is also advertised that the head is sturdy and made of brass and other strong metal. Well grill masters I am here to tell you it is a great scraper. It fit my Weber grill grate and the scraping of residue was a breeze. Fantastic Grill Scraper. The Martin Grill Gadget.

My wife purchased the Universal Barbeque Grill Scraper, Wooden Handle - 16 Inches Long on December 2, 2019. It was a Christmas present for me. Unfortunately, I didn't do much grilling over the winter (I live in South Dakota). This Spring, I began grilling again and was excited to use my new grill scraper based on all of the excellent reviews. I couldn't be more disappointed in the product. I have three grills, a propane grill, a natural gas, and a pellet grill ... the "universal" scraper doesn't fit/clean any of the grates on any of my three grills. To make matters worse, the nut on the end that holds the tool continually comes untightened and has even fallen off in the middle of me scraping. I'm shocked by all of the positive reviews for this product, steer clear.
