Works Great and Great Value
Who knew there was a replacement carb for the Predator engine that is so inexpensive. Harbor Freight's Predator engine is a great replacement for several other makes of engines. However, the carburetor does suffer from ethanol damage if the engine is rarely used. Rather than taking the time to disassemble the damaged carburetor, I decided to try the replacement I found on Amazon. It was certainly cheap enough. I bolted it on, replaced the gas in the tank and the engine started on the first pull. It runs like new. A bonus was that it came with a new spark plug, fuel line, and full gasket set. All for less than 14 bucks. You can barely buy a new spark plug for that price.

Perfect replacement part
The build quality feels solid and well-constructed. All the components look properly machined and the fuel connections are secure with no leaks. Much better than I expected for an aftermarket replacement part.Performance has been fantastic since installation! My engine starts easier now and runs much smoother than it did with the old carburetor. The idle is steady and throttle response is crisp and reliable.Installation was straightforward - just remove the old carb, transfer the throttle linkage, and bolt this one in place. Took about 20 minutes total and fired right up on the first pull.

Makes the job easy
First time working on our Champion 212CC Tiller, model #100379. Fit great, easy change of carburetor and gas line. I am a 56 year old woman who, after retirement, has been training herself in small engine repair. I had no trouble with this part at all.

Works on harbor freight and homelite!
Works and fits well on the harbor freight engine, also fits a homelite pressure washer engine. Seems to run well and doesn't leak. Did not have to adjust it, was all set out of the box.
