Easy to set up and for its price, the quality is good. Brought me no problems since I bought it, although it would be better if the brightness and temperature color remained in memory after loosing its power (due to a power outage), causing me to re set up the lamp every time it happens. Overall a recommended good looking and bright ceiling light.

In love with this light. With my switch I can turn it on to warm/medium or bright white. Looks elegant.

Typical foreign installation instructions. I actually don't like how dumbed down American instructions are, so I got my wish on these. Not extremely difficult to install but if you're handy enough to install your own light you can make this happen. Lots of extra screws, washers (I hope) so don't worry- they're small so nice to have extra when you drop one and it disappears into thin air. Overall nice light. Didn't come with a remote?? I guess I'll ask to see, who cares really.

Beautiful light extremely bright works wonderful in my kitchen and I have an open floor plan I would say the directions are not that easy so if you're completely new to doing anything electrical I would definitely get some help but it's not too bad! Also had the trim a little bit of the white tubing so the light would fit flush to the mount.

I installed this light in the "music room" in my Winter home in Florida. Since we are only in that home from December through March, the light is not used at all 8 months of each year, and it is used at most 5% of the waking hours during December through March. After very little use, but conveniently well after the return window, the LED driver apparently stopped powering the light. A replacement driver should cost $10 or so, and can be installed in 5 minutes, making the light operational again. However, I cannot locate the driver online using the part number printed on it, and I cannot find any way to send a message to the manufacturer to ask them if I can buy another driver from them, or to get an alternative part number. I dislike having to dump easily repaired things into the ever-growing landfills just because it is fairly inexpensive to buy another. Shame on Amazon for their PR about being environmentally conscious while supporting this sort of behavior. Be careful buying this product, because neither the seller, manufacturer nor Amazon will help you repair it if it fails.

Pros: The lamp looks ok when installed and is fairly bright and not blinding - light is directed sideways and to reflect from the ceiling. The mounting box is big enough to easily conceal the cables. Cons: Build quality is cheap - even cheaper than expected based on the price. Wire caps stripped as soon as I started on them - had to get different ones. Cables are extremely thin and hard to use even in smaller wire caps. Ended up adding some electrical tape to make sure they stay together. Material of the box is extremely thin - it bent in when securing to the mounting plate. Provided screws are incorrect type - they work, but they don't screw in flash against the sides. Instructions are absolutely horrendous - wording is clearly a computer translation without any spell checking and illustrations - they make Ikea instructions look like the work of Monet comparing to what you get. If it wasn't for video on Amazon page, I would have ended up sending it back. Even after installing it, I don't even dare to guess what they mean by this phrase on the instructions: "Mother terminal wire positive and negative, please according to the wire color butt plug"

I purchased three of these light system for each bedroom and I love it. The light are LED excellent for power efficient and bright up the room. I don’t recall if the product came with a remote but I don’t need it considering my previous light bulb was insufficient lighting so dimming wasn’t a concern for me.

Relatively easy to put up. Looks good and suits our new kitchen. I like that it can be dimmed and change the colour of the light,from a bright white to a cream colour.

Price isn't cheap for this to be an item that needs to be replaced once a year. It took considerable effort to install and less than a year later it just stopped working. Unacceptable
