The pills are very strong so if you're new, you might want to start with taking half a pill. They kept me much more alert than regular coffee or espresso ever do, and their effect lasts a good while. I don't regularly take them, but if I ever find myself low on energy and have something important on hand, like an exam, they basically freshen me up similar to taking a good nap. However, they can cause your mouth to feel very dry for a good while if you're not used to taking them, so I would recommend starting with half a pill or less at first.

Its a standard caffiene supplement, clean and pure. A pill with a glass of water usually does the job for me and keeps me alert for a good hour or two but it's always better to make proper sleep your first priority and use this supplement as a backup only ocassionally.

It is very effective, it gives me energy and keeps me from sleeping.

This caffeine supplemebt gives a clean energy boost without making me feel overly jittery or anxious like some stronger pre-workouts do. I mainly use it before workouts or during busy mornings when I need better focus and energy. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like how I'm able to control my caffeine intake more precisely compared to energy drinks. It works fairly quickly, so I recomed starting with a lower dose if you are sensitive to caffeine. It has been a convenient, affordable, and effective option for energy and focus.

I have been wasting my money all along on nootropic, when just 1 caffiene pill would worked for me, either workout or study, just astonished about results, i can f****g do anything in the world what ever goals i want to achieve, This give plenty of energy to accomplish any task, completely removes procrastination. just beware, decide already what you are going to do, when u take the tablets, because your brain and mind will be overpowered when u take this, Some people might feel distractive if they don't direct their focus on one thing(Important task for which they are taking it). You will be a machine after taking it. Who can finish every task without any tiredness, though sleep is important do not take it in night, u wont sleep than, always take before 5 or 6pm, so that at 10 pm u might get good sleep, People who want to leave tea or coffee, replace it immediatly, as coffee and tea do more damage to stomach as compare to this tablet. this wont create much acidic stomach, just beware its a good practice to take more water always when you take it. acid reflux things will work inside your stomach. After finishing one bottle after using 1.5 month I purchased another one, now I feel like I have been upgraded in life, I can do things with more energy, and clarity.
