Good stuff but might have been cheaper.
Sometimes the thin crust pizza will stick to the bottom. Even flour won't help. Maybe ceramic coating? Teflon? Honeycomb?Made quite few pizzas with this peel and it's OK. Folded handle is great for storage.Not very wobbly when assembled.
