Q: Is this better than Carmex? I've been using carmex, but now that its winter they don't work as well. Is this better?

I used to live in Florida but I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. My lips were so dry and burned etc. I have tried all kinds... Chapstick, soft lips etc. Didn't work. Blistex medicated has been the only lip balm I've found that makes my lips soft and protected. And the price is awesome.... When bought in bulk. Single? Not so much
