Could not work from home without it.
All our headsets at work are Plantronics or VXI. This lets me use them with my cell phone. So much more comfortable than ear buds all day.

Little pricy for me, but works well
My son has wanted to play with my headset for so long. I finally upgraded to USB, and this adapter allows him to wear the headset, and the microphone. He spends his days “working” on FaceTime with grandma

Worked good until..
Worked good. Plugged into headset and worked great for 3 months. No kinks or bends, just stopped working one day. Lasted 3ish months. Probably will be trying a different product now.

Works as expected. Allowed my Plantronics headset to plug into my computer's 3.5mm headphone jack.

breaks in under 3 months
It worked fine but there is a weak point, a single point of failure, please see the photo. Also the casing was coming apart earlier, exposing the wiring, which is why there is that rubber band there to secure it.
