They gave me the wrong letter that I had picked out. I wanted the letter it self to be the initial of my friends first name... Her business is J Burrell. I was expecting the letter J and the word Burrell printed so she could hang it in her salon. But she was still happy with it. I understand it might not be the usual way the company may print, and it came out nice and still has her last name. So no harm, no foul.

I lke that this item is easy to paint different colors. I bought it for my granddaughter for her irthday in April. I wasn't sure how long delivery would take.
