I love it!!! I can NOT do my job without this product. Unfortunately, the silver corner pieces fall right off...I should've put some gorilla glue on them prior to ever using it and then taken some plyers and squished them down tighter, but I didn't and I lost a couple right away.Unfortunately, it is cracking at the seams after a year of use, but hey, it wasn't all that expensive, so I feel that I more than have gotten my money out of it. I also purchased the add on pen holder from a different brand and I really like that....would not want this product without the built in pen holder that I purchased separately.

I am very OCD, especially when it comes to my job and this book kept me organized all night! I was able to keep my money safe in the back compartment while having my specials visible in front of it and my orders lined up on the other side. If you are looking for a more efficient way to help you through a hectic night in the restaurant then I would highly recommend this. It's also a great feeling knowing that you're supporting a family business who truly care about their customers.

I feel so much better organized with this sturdy book! I like its size and all the features. It's well made. My things aren't falling all over the place anymore like they had been with my old book. It looks so much better than that old book too. Several of my coworkers have asked where I got it because it looks so nice. I like the clear pockets on either side to use for the lists/notes that I need to refer to frequently. The black pockets hold things securely. The tip pouch in the back is handy. My favorite pen is a bit too bulky to fit, but that's no big deal. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

I've had my server assistant book now for 2 weeks and love the functionality!! Someone finally got it right!! I have also received an email directly from the company to ensure I was satisfied with shipping, use, etc. a few days after shipment. I work in a fast paced restaurant and it is holding up great to my occasional abuse!

Posted a previous review about this book being smaller than expected. I had given it 4 stars. The pads provided at my restaurant are too large to fit into this book, at first I didn't like it, but now I take the time to chop the ends off our notepads just so I can use this book. I love it. The money I hide behind the blue flap is sometimes a struggle to get out, especially in the weeds, but the material is super sturdy and I don't believe it will be ripping any time soon. I like how it's not large and doesn't stick up out of my apron. It's small and cute and petite and I LOVE the little silver edges making it look super sleek.What I don't like is how I can't see the clear flap behind my note pad (personal problem I suppose), but I mean HEY, it's still super cool and I'm sure it will come in use. I have a cheat sheet there regardless.

LOVE IT! The very first time I used this server book my manager commented how nice it was. Sturdy for taking orders, lots of pockets for holding receipts. Helps me stay organized = better service = better tips! My co-worker has one as well and we both highly recommend.The "hidden" pocket for storing money is great - nice touch! The first time I put money in the hidden compartment it was difficult to get in and out. But now that I have had it a while, I can put bills in easily, yet they stay in place nicely and discreetly. I left this at home the other night and I felt lost working without it.Even if I weren't a server I think I would find this product useful. Staying organized as a student. Taking notes in a meeting. Organizing bills.

Let me start by saying that this book is shorter than the server book/check presenter you may be used to. But you quickly get used to the size of this and I actually much prefer this size now! The clear pockets are PERFECT to put wine or menu notes that you need to access quickly and easily. I don't use the back money pocket often because I find it difficult to get money in and out of it quickly, but the other pockets are very easy to use and handy. My car was broken into and one of the things stolen was this server book and I was HEARTBROKEN! That is the only reason I am ordering this again. After it was stolen, I had to use a regular AMEX check presenter for my server book and it was terrible. Once you get used to this server book, you will never go back!My only con for this would be that the metal corners ended up ripping a hole in my apron pocket. Luckily, the metal corners were incredibly simple to pry off and it didn't compromise the quality or look of the book. Don't think, just GET THIS BOOK!

This is such a simple, yet refined book. Easily able to keep cash and credit card receipts organized and still have plenty of room in the book on busy nights. Definitely affordable as well considering the high construction quality meaning you order one and it will last years.
