So the first day I wore the Posture Corrector my back really started hurting after that and I never wore it again.I wanted to return the item even though it was not defective..cuz it was of no use to me but unfortunately there was no return policy which I did not see before purchasing the item.I still wish I could return it cuz it will b of no use to me. But I would surely recommend the item for people with a really bent posture.

however, as it aims at being budget-friendly the straps are made of relatively lower quality material. Thereby resulting it two noticeable outcomes:1.Because its velcro, if you wear it for too long(>1.5 hours) it becomes slightly labouring.2.As it is slightly cheaper materials its practically understood that eachtime you peel the velcro and put it on, it starts letting out tiny strand.However the possible solutions for the two problems would be wear the corrector in intervals of 45 minutes and do not share the corrector with other members of your family that way you fix it once and wear it on like a shirt.Something worth mentioning is that the results are soo constructive i can see a positive trend on my posture in just two weeks time.

The belt does not stay in place ....Need to adjust it every now and then....Practical not feasible if worn inside clothes....
