About the product
The product is well designed, compact and easy to use. However the product has some defects like damages inlet thread, loose screw, damaged plug socket.The product delivered initially was not working (not heating the water), I got the replacement within a day. Appreciate the promptness.The replacement product is working very well. No problem but it came with a damaged inlet thread and electrical plug socket screw.

Worked only 1 month after that I have changed heating element.
worked only one month.i purchased on 29dec 2021. after changing heating element it is working fine but no support from manufacturer but on box written warranty.
