Im a size 7 in women sometimes 7 1/2 depending on the shoe what size should i get?

I usually wear a 7.5 but I also find Puma shoes to run a bit tight across the top of the arch and sometimes at the big toe. I went up half a size and every pair of Pumas I've bought since have fit perfectly.

They areore along the lines of a rainboot but could be worn in light snow.
