Unlike some pads, these really are 18x18. Well filled and my covers fit well on them. Provide firm support, they don't collapse when you rest against them. Excellent value for money.

When the cushion inserts first arrived I was initially disappointed, and considered returning. They arrived poorly packaged, stuffed into a giant safeproof plastic envelope; the covers were so sheer it was nothing short of a miracle they were delivered unscathed. I could see the separated cotton wool like filling through the covers and thought cheap and rubbish. Never the less being overly keen for new inserts for my tired flat looking cushions I tried them anyway. I was pleasantly surprised and really pleased i did! My cushions looked full, absolutely amazing, and were firm yet comfortable. They give lovely support (I use them with slightly smaller covers as you're supposed to with all cushions to give better results). They have survived quite an ordeal, kids jumping on them etc and still look fantastic and exactly the same as day one! I have had cushion inserts with expensive cotton covers but the inside as been understuffed, unsupportive or looking okay at first then flattening within weeks. I highly recommend these inserts and a pillow protector cover before putting in main cover if the thin cover proves an issue, or splits. Great value and the best inserts I've tried (and I've tried a few more expensive ones.) It is definatly worth giving these a chance!

Quality quite poor, very thin cover. Cushion quite puffy but squashes comfortably.Very poorly packed so a tear in the thin plastic bag they were packed in tore through 2 of the cushion covers too. However quickly replaced on showing photos.

After initial issues and contacting the seller, 4 packof inserts arrived. The package was cut open leaving a huge gap in one of the corners but inserts weren't damaged. Great value for money, great response time, good seller, delivery however leave a lot to desire. Thank you! 😊
