What a disaster
I used Trust products for years, that's the first one to disappoint. Trying to fake being something it's not - it's not a modular, adjustable mouse like RATT, didn't expect it to be, but why bother with placing a dummy screw just to pretend on photos that it's adjustable? The scroll wheel stuck, barely moving, what a disappointment. I know it's quality control, it's not every item, but it's hard not to be disappointed when a very much needed product comes and fails expectations across the board. What did I like about it? It's heavy, it has adjustable sensitivity (but for me, only the slowest speed was usable). Nice braided cable (a bit short for my taste). Main (L/R) buttons nice and clicky. So if you happen to receive a functional item, that mouse might be a very good purchase. But I will go with some more respectable brands next time.

Utter load of Crap........don't bother....get a MadCatz Cyborg
This is a waste of time product.....for the money spent there are far better similar prices products on the market...That been said if you looking for something that looks like a madcatz cyborg then get a mad catz cyborg.....don't cheat yourself with half assed or half measures and get something cheapOn the plus side....I suppose you get what you pay for...so I shouldn't be complaining on price aide

This is not really worth the price
This is annoying. The software page opens automatically, behind everything & anything else I have open. This has caused more than 1 game/system crash, and ifit continues, I WILL uninstall it. If this mean the mouse stops working, then I don't care, and it will be replaced. I have had 1of these before, and had a similar problem, but as it only stopped working when I tried to programme the buttons, I gave it another try, but didn't try to program it. It also runs poorly on my better mousemats, for some reason, which can cause problems playing certain games. I used to like Trust's stuff, but things like this might cause me to reconsider, and buy somewhere else.

Light and uncomfortable
This has far too many buttons all over the place. It feels poorly made. There are much better mice out there in this price range. There is a metal notch on the front edge near the right click that is so irritating and uncomfortable during use.

the squeak is breaking my will to live
This mouse was fine for the first month or so, now about 6 weeks after owning it the squeaking in the right and left click pads and scroll wheel are slowly eroding my soul every time I use it. It's awful. I have owned mouse units for >£5 that didn't break or make small issues like this for many years before so there is no excuse for a midrange mouse to be so noisy so soon.Otherwise the mouse looks as it did, is a fine size. the buttons are really not ergonomically laid out, i mean they work and need to be mapped but they're in such awkward spots that they're inconvenient to use thus never get used. If not for the squeak noise I might never write a review but this is killing me just writing this review and clicking on the screen that it drove me to write this by itself! Think i'd rather the manufacturer spend a few more dollars on non-cheap squeaky materials and i'd have been happy with it. Apart from that mouse is overall a fine mouse, but this quality is utmost importance to me hence the poor score. I feel like i cant focus on my work without it squeaking and distracting me.

The mouse stopped working after almost a month, no problems in the connection of the mouse
I had it for roughly a month, never abused it or moved it away from the PC, cable's not frayed or damaged in any way, the mouse still looks brand new, I unplugged it one time, tried to put it back in, the thing freaks out and my cpu doesn't recognize it anymore, tried it in another, doesn't work either, the laser just flashes rapidly, tried contacting the company for support, getting a refund is a nightmare in my area and not worth the hassle due to the pandemic.Won't be buying anymore of their products, just gonna go for a R.A.T. or something definitely higher quality, or they have better product support.

went thru 2 for a month....
I bought one after a few days it decided to just stop working as a mouse but the rgb was working... ive returned it got a new one and after 4hrs the mouse sensor doesnt register movement everything else works and i will have to return it again. Im really dissapointed with Trust ive had a mouse from them for 8 yrs and its still alive but the coating is worn out so ive decided to upgrade sadly there is no trust left in me towards Trust... DO ME A FAVOR DONT BUY IT!!! Trust GXT 138 X-Ray

Would NOT reccomend
An awful product. Would not recommend buying at all1) The whole thing feels very cheep. It's this horrid plastic you get so it feels like a scam2) The buttons began jamming after a week or 2 so now i have to hit the clicker hard for it to start3) The scroller is AWFUL. Everytime i try scrolling in one direction, it sometimes begin to flicker in the other direction. I should not have to struggle to scroll a mouseOverall, a horrible product, a nightmare to handle & a total rip off. Maybe for like 5 pounds, this'd be fine but for 15-20 pound? NO.
