The seller states, "The American Rawhide natural dog chews contain NO artificial preservatives of any kind and all the ingredients (including the beef) are sourced in America. " They don't specify if that's North America only, but it appears as such. They don't have the flavor, but my dogs like them anyway, and chew them for something to do, not just for the taste, so they last longer. And they're not terribly expensive like some of the other products like bully sticks. I have 4 dogs and just can't afford to buy the more expensive ones, but I feel like they're still good and safe. Most others may be made in USA, but the hide itself is processed somewhere else like China. In the past, our beloved dog was poisoned and suffered from dog treats made in China. Years later, I still feel guilty and do not want any dog or owner to go through what we went through. On a more positive note, today our dog is not a big chewer, but is obsessed with the Wholesome Hide round bone (donut). More aggressive chewers would probably like the knotted bone and retriever rolls.
