I was skeptical ordering this because it was relatively inexpensive. I got the 42” and installed it in 10 minutes. Before I opened the box, I was ready to build a frame to hold It in place, but they thought of everything! Installed with their bracket and it’s firmly in place. I haven’t used the heater, I only got it for the flames. Worth every penny

The fireplace came in on time and in good condition. The buttons on the fireplace dont work and the remote buttons dont work either. It only works on one color. We hired a handyman to install the fireplace and now I cannot even pack it and return to Amazon because he installed it. I have wasted my money on it. Only one color-Purple works! I am so disappointed and I would really like some help from the manufacturer.

The wood burning fireplace was fitted with gas logs and they have now been removed. I was just going to put a black metal cover over the opening until this caught my eye. Affordable price. Easy to install. It has a high and low heat setting that puts out enough head to take the chill off the room after about an hour. The flames are so realistic it is unbelievable. Lot of combinations of colors for the ember crystals and flames. I like the timer feature and the fact that you can have the flame for ambiance without using the heater.

I’ve always wanted a fireplace to hang Christmas stockings on and now I have one. This fireplace insert was very easy to install. I built a shiplap frame for it and even created hidden shelves and a door on the side for the game systems. Turned out amazing! The fireplace came with a remote that is a hit or miss on if it works or not. I’m going to try replacing the batteries and see if that helps. Since we live in a southern state, I wasn’t really wanting the fireplace for the heat. I wanted to be able to have it look like a fireplace turned on, but without the heat turned on. This one does just that. Love!

The 42" fireplace is nice. I like the quality of the construction. Easy to install. Very responsive remote and the LEDs color options match up well with Philips hue LEDs.The only down side I've found is the rather poor heating. It struggles to heat our living room, which is around 400sqft and open. In a smaller enclosed room it would work fine I think.Overall we are happy. It ties the room together and allows for a welcoming ambiance.

This can be hung on the wall or built in. My contractor said it would be quick to put it in the wall as electrical was already above it for a tv so we did not have to have a power cord showing if we hung it like a picture. The hardware for hanging was very small screws which should be swapped for heavier screws. This brand was rated well. I bought a 50” touchstone for upstairs. This 42”smaller RW flame was substantially cheaper and not quite as realistic a flame but good enough for a room needing extra heat and ambiance.

Beautiful! Sat in front of one of these fireplaces at a lake house i rented twice, came home and finally ordered one. No regrets, wish the flame was a bit more realistic but I love it. Puts out a nice amount of heat, you can change the colors of the flame and the colors underneath the glass rock by using the remote. My husband made a whole new t.v. stand that the fireplace fits into nicely. If your handy and like to build things, buying some wood, paint, and this fireplace is way more affordable then buying some prefabricated thing from the store.

So, I purchased the 42" but the company ran out of this size. So they kindly provided a credit to allow me to get the next size up. Installed with help of 2 family members in just under an hour. We turned it on and were stunned. Much more realistic than we ever thought it would look. The heat element is good, but heats a small area. But looking at the beautiful flames helps keep us warm just the same!
