Product Description Incorrect
Product description states 25 sheets. I've had to reorder this same product three times now. The first and second order both only had 11 sheets.

Shame on me!!
I gave it two stars because in the end, it was what I purchased. But anyone who purchases these forms regularly expects to get the number of forms, in the form of sheets. I'm surprised they didn't cut the last sheet to true up the 25 pack order, but that would make it a rejected sheet by the IRS, so I guess they needed to draw the line there. So really, I got more than I ordered! 27 forms, 9 sheets. Please be aware - YOU GET 9 SHEETS. So, if you're thinking you're getting a 25 sheet pack, like folks used to sell, you are not. But maybe that's all you need. I need multiples, for multiple clients - so really, this isn't going to cover that many. Funny that the IRS is limiting the number of forms per order as well. Almost like they don't want the forms prepared... I guess if you wait to mail because you had to wait for the forms from the IRS (they run out), and then the IRS shreds them all anyway (cause they didn't process in time), maybe they really aren't needed. Should we all revolt at the lunacy? Ok, I'm done.

Missing Pages
I ordered a 25 pack, because I needed 21 pages; and only received 8 pages.I need the other 17.

Not 25 sheets
Advertised as pack of 25 sheets, but only came with 15. I ran out of sheets and had to run to local store to buy it. Waste of time.

Warning - This only contains Part A (not the kit)
I did not realize that this contained ONLY Part A. Why would anyone order Part A without the other parts going to the recipients???
