Can i connect these to my amp receiver, like i would ordinary speakers ?

one speaker is powered and the other speaker plugs into it with speaker wire.

Can you connect to a subwoofer or another speaker and still use the bluetooth?

Yes, you can add another speaker or subwoofer. However, there are better sets up than this. It would be better to get a 2.1 system if that's what you want. There is enough bass for a desktop/small room setup. I have them on my desktop and there is plenty of sound. The speaker inputs are not dependent on Bluetooth.
