My first ever Victorinox SAK
I really Love the quality of the materials, even though it looks bulky but feels lightweight in my hands. Bought it to carry for outdoors, as a lighter alternative to other heavier multi tools.However, three things I didn’t like is the corkscrew, hook and the scissors. I understand some say using the corkscrew to untie tight knots, but it can easily be done by other tools like the awl for example; it feels very specific (opening bottles). Same can be said about the hook, I heard originally designed for Swiss soldiers to carry pastry box lol. I don’t know how true that is, and still feels like a very specific tool. As for the scissors, they’re great but for outdoors, I feel pliers might be more useful. For example, to grip hot items around camp fire or other useful applications.
