As expected, but it is much bigger than I thought. My young daughter with CP is able to use it, and that is what is was for. Too expensive, but overall an effective solution for her problems with a traditional mouse.

Scrolling function is a little cluncky
You hold down the green button to make the trackball into a giant scroll wheel. It makes it a pretty unintuitive and slow way to scroll. maybe can fix this with macros
