As the other reviews have mentioned, the item was defective even though the package was clearly sealed. Only one side of the headphones was working, the other ear had no sound. I think Amazon purchased a defective batch, which is a shame since these are some really good headphones. If you have the budget, I recommend any of the more expensive sennheiser Bluetooth headphones. They’re all very very good.If you want something similarly priced which is also pretty good (not as good as sennheiser), get the Taotronics sound surge 95. That’s what I ended up doing after returning my defective item.

The product looks good until you plug it in for use. Only one side (Right Ear) is working. Left Ear side is not working and defected. I saw a similar review before ordering but took the risk to order it. Now returning back for a refund.

The product is defective. One side of the head phone is not working. The replacement that was send also has the same defective.
