It really worked for me. Though price little high but quality wise best.I lost my body fat within 1 month and got the physique which i dreamt before but yes Workout with it does maximum result.

I don't know what people are talking about with the negative reviews because I could find nothing bad to say about the taste or consistency of this product. It sounds like there was an older product that had a recipe everyone liked, then the manufacturer changed it. Maybe I am lucky I never had the old product . . . With that said, here's what I like - when mixed up, it is silky smooth, actually much better than most of the protein shakes I've had before. I put mine in almond milk and used a hand shaker. I don't think it would work as well with just water. I really liked the taste of the chocolate. I couldn't taste an overwhelming cherry flavor, but then again, I am a big fan of cherries, so that would've been fine. 30 grams of protein in a one scoop serving is simply awesome. Plus, you get probiotics, turmeric, glutamine and branched chain amino acids. I love the fact that it is non-GMO, but would like to see a USDA Organic label on it as well. That's the only thing that stopped me from buying this product before. One other thing - a lot of vegan protein products rely on rice flour to boost the protein. I cannot eat rice flour without feeling like I've consumed a pile of gravel. This product was infinitely more digestible for me than other products I've tried. I'm a huge fan now. Please make it organic!

The taste was unpalatable. It was very sour and had plastic taste. The old batches were pretty decent. And current products are way overpriced. Although They have decent amino acid profile, and are effective,the taste makes one think twice before consuming it next time. I don't know why the manufacturers thought it was a good idea to change formulation but it doesn't provide as beneficiary result as old batches. Apart from that,it doesn't blend(or mix) well in water and requires longer time to blend compared to older ones and clump formation also occurs. Although bloating is not an issue as such but bad taste makes it nauseous and sometimes makes one feel bloated. I'm lactose intolerant so I choose this product after thorough research but compared to their initial batches i guess the company is losing enthusiasm. Probably only going behind their personal growth and not of consumers.

It’s been a struggle to drink this but I will finish it. It’s weirdly sticky. Very thick. You have to blend it up or it’s more like eating pudding than drinking a shake. The taste is also very strong and not sweet at all. It has great benefits and healthy ingredients though so if you can stomach it it’s good in that area. Does not mix well even when blended.
