After one day of use, it stopped working. Don’t recommend, too heavy and product doesn’t distribute properly. Don’t waste your money.

So there are essentially no viable instructions for this tool and there is no video. That is a big disadvantage. it's pretty clear that there is not a American vendor that is selling this product.However the tool and the concept is good! Let me explain:1: I used the tool to repoint an interior brick wall. When everything is going smoothly it worked great. I fear I had to learn from trial and error rather then get proper instruction from the start.2: I used the smaller bit. Be very careful! If the bit clogs, the auger will spin but can easily overheat the drill. Make sure your mortar is very well mixed. If it clogs, stop quickly so as not to over heat the drill.3: The drill went bad after six hours.... fortunately the company did send me a replacement but I had to push a bit. Hopefully they will learn that providing better instruction will increase consumer satisfaction. Also they need to be more open to American views of customer expectations. In the end, they did deliver when the product failed.4: Once you mix the mortar very well and are careful not to over work the drill, I think you will like the amount of time savings from a tool like this. It has the right idea! You can get a lot done quickly!So in general, if your a bit of a risk taker, you have some construction saavy to you, and you are willing to push to get value from your purchase, then this mortar tool can deliver.
