Polished wooden cabinets and floors. It gives great shine and looks. Just be mindful,if you use it on hardwood floors, it will make them slippery. It take day or two to settle in.

We have dark wood floor and we bought this product in a hope to cover some chipped spots. Overall this is a good product and we believe it can be very effective for many minor wood scratches but for our case, it might not be a right product. We applied this product to the spots several times (several layers), and it did make the spots less visible afterwards, but the nicks are not covered. So for deep scratches/notches, it may need some kind of fillings to the damaged areas before apply this product.

As you can see from the before, and after picture, this product was incredible on an old old mahogany desk that had been overused by my nephew. It made the wood look almost new! It even had a beautiful sheen to it like new furniture. It’s very easy to use. You just kind of work it in gently and then wipe it off until the rag comes clean. It only took, 30 seconds to do what I did in the picture. I plan on doing the whole furniture set this way for deep gouges. I’m just going to buy a mahogany furniture, pencil and dab, dab dab. That’s the only thing that will get in there and really hide deep flaws. I’m glad I spent the money. It did exactly what I wanted to in the finish. Looks really good.

I used it on light-colored hardwood. The dishwasher technician destroyed our kitchen floor. There were deep, ugly scratches everywhere. I wish I had "before" pictures for a before-and-after display, but I didn't take any. It looked so depressing, I kept my eyes up, off the ugly floor.But this scratch concealer is the real deal. It doesn't even matter that it is not a scratch *remover*.I applied three coats, about a week apart. I used a whole bottle in total. It is extremely oily, so you have to be careful. I used a lot of paper towels and skated around the sleek surface in my crocs for about an hour each time. It was a fun workout.I honestly think this is the legendary snake oil for real. Big time anaconda oil! Amazing.It puts a smile on my face every time I walk into that kitchen now.

I do volunteer work for a charitable organization which accepts used furniture and donates it to those in need or sells it in their store with the proceeds going to those in need. Many pieces of furniture we receive are "well-loved" and with ordinary wear and tear, the finish is less-than-perfect. I keep a supply of both the light and dark Trade Secret. It is often absolutely amazing how a piece of furniture that looks the worse for wear will look practically new with an application of Trade Secret! In extreme cases, it takes it from beat up looking to acceptable. The pictures are some samples, though they don't really do it justice. The first is light wood, the second dark wood. Trade Secret is some combination of oils, which refresh dried out wood surfaces and wood stain/dyes which often make surface scratches practically disappear! After treating with this and letting it dry (sometimes a second coat is needed), I often apply a wax or polish to protect the finish. This stuff is GREAT! I do have to caution that it only works on real wood. "Picture wood", which is particle board or composite covered with literally a picture of wood grain, can't be helped by this product - nor anything else I've found.

Good product but doesn’t cover scratches very well

Excellent, easy to use product that gives new life to old scratched furniture or other wood products.

This worked really well on the water stains I had on my floor. Tried everything to get rid of it not knowing it was infused into the wood. This quickly hid all the blemishes on the floor. Impressive 👍🏼

Was well packaged (Dark Wood Stain - not so much). Used it on some light furniture that I was cleaning up and renewing and it did a good job in rejuvenating worn spots on the table top. It does not help with scratches (which it isn't designed to do) but it definitely helped with the overall appearance.
