Great supplement
Easy to take and a reasonable price per unit,

Good for the liver
Selenium is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver, it recommended a specific supplement that is not available in this country so I have to take them all separately. I have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.These are small, tasteless, odourless and easy to swallow. With 180 in the tub they will last 6 months, I think these are really good value as Selenium is one of the more expensive supplements, even a multi vitamin with Selenium in it will cost more than one without, so I'm really happy to get this many for £6.12 at the time of writing and I'll definitely be getting these again at that price.

Hard to digest / absorb
The tablets are small bit too hard. My wife a stoma bag and the tablets have come out whole. This is dangerous for her. She takes 20 different tablets and none of the others do this. I spoke to our nutritionist and he suggested it would be a bit hard for anyone to absorb it if it’s got that far intact. I’d chew it or crush it. We bought a pill crusher

Selenium tablets
Quick delivery.The benefits of taking these are good. But the smell and taste is just awful. As soon a you take the lid off the bottle you can a smell of really rotten eggs. Then when you got to swallow one you get the same taste in your mouth.Every time it makes me heave
