Beware - the semi-colon/colon key is misprinted with a comma
I ordered this cover as opposed to a similar priced, higher rated one due to the fact that the other one had several reviews - plus the picture in the description - saying/showing the semi-colon/colon key as being misprinted with a comma. I didn't want a misprinted one, so I ordered this brand since none of the reviews mentioned the problem, and the picture shows the correct semi-colon/colon key cover.Imagine my surprise when I opened the cover I received and it does not have the pictured logo on the space key AND the semi-colon/colon key is misprinted with a comma! Even the picture of the cover shown in the package it comes in shows the correct semi-colon/colon key!Now I have to go through the PITA process of returning this to Amazon for a refund. I will also reach out to the email address on the package to see if they have anything to say. I'll update this review if I get a satisfactory response. As a keyboard cover, it fits nicely and looks great - except for the misprint. If it didn't have that - I'd certainly keep it and give it a higher rating.

It lasted a year - but worth it
The cover feels good, fits well, and looks great -- for a year. Some of the keys have lost their color, but what makes it no longer useable that it has stretched -- when it is on the keyboard, there is a huge gap in the middle where it sticks up from the keys and both sides now extend a bit beyond the keyboard. The price was good, so I will probably order another of these.

Something weird going on.
The jury is still out.First, the sizing looks correct.I was disappointed that the cover does not extend down the sides of the keyboard at all.So it's just laying there. Easy to bump or flip.Typing was easy, except it's got a mind of it's own. As I typed an e-mail, it went into a stuck "return" key and I couldn't stop it. I had to throw the cover off, then restart the message. Eventually, I had to exit the programs and restart the browser too.I have no idea what happened, some weird combination of keys?Luckily I was able to recover my mail from "drafts" and proceed.I may try taping the corners, otherwise it will go in the trash. It's not expensive, but I hoped to make the new keyboard better, not worse.UPDATE: I had to toss the cover off again as the keyboard went into continuous "return".I think what's happening is the overlay is a tiny bit too small (1 mm.?) from side to side and the right hand lower right corner is "return". This gets bumped and I can't stop it.I'm going to try some tape to keep it immobile, otherwise take it off when using the keyboard.UPDATE 2: Tape won't stick. I guess it has like a talc to keep it dry. I gave up.I'll look for a simple cover (bag) that I'll take off to use the keyboard.Good concept, bad execution.

good keyboard protection
UPDATE (7/14/2018): After one year I have to replace this keyboard skin because it is wearing out in several places, mainly the left side command key where there is a ¼ inch slit. When I have to type a long document / letter, I remove the skin so I can type faster on the aluminum keyboard because the keys require only a light touch. I have not switched to a BT keyboard because this one is so good, and the fact that it is wired is not a problem with a little tape to keep the cable out of the way when I slide the keyboard shelf in and out. The skin I received is transparent with nothing printed on any of the keys. For those who have the wired Apple aluminum extended keyboard (with keypad), this product fits correctly to protect the keyboard from dust and spills. It is in use on my Mac Pro (early 2008). The description says for iMac, but it fits any of these keyboards of this style, not just the iMac keyboard. It arrives folded, but that does not matter if it comes from a seller in the US who delivers it in a timely manner. The keyboard cover does make it necessary to slow down the typing speed. That's not a real problem unless one is a touch typist or writer who spends a lot of time on the keyboard.

I do NOT ecommend
This is the priciest keyboard covers I have purchased and I’m disappointed. It came loose in a Manila envelope so was bent up upon arrival. I laid it a flat table surface for sometime in hopes the kinks would work out and it would lay flat in the keyboard. It did seem to flatten back out.I have now been using the cover for a few weeks and have noticed that it flips up and moves sometimes which is odd. Also what is really bad is that duvets are forming where I hit the keys. I’ve never seen this happen before. So it’s Not looking so god just after a few weeks of use because there are indentations all over it. I have had 3 other covers for other Mac keyboards. None of which ever formed divits even after years of use.Lastly this is heavily frosted which interferes with seeing the jets clearly.

Powder Dusting Keyboard Cover to eliminate "Finger Drag?"
Two of these keyboard covers were purchased to cover the two Apple keyboards in our house; one in purple, because I really like purple, the other in black to make the keys of the keyboard black, because my wife doesn't 'like' white keys. (Who knew?)In addition, the covers are to provide protection for each keyboard; particularly mine, which for some unknown reason is subject to a lot of dust, grime, eraser gibbles and just plain old dirt. My wife's keyboard is subject to considerably less dirt, but is sometimes a near victim of spilled coffee. These covers have functioned well in all regards, fitting both keyboards w/ near perfection, except that my wife says her cover causes her fingers to "drag" as she types. I don't seem to have that difficulty, but I only use four fingers to type, while she uses all ten, counting thumbs. I suppose a good dusting w/ powder will solve the "dragging finger" dilemma. We'll see. Other than that one issue, these covers are great. I highly recommend the purple one.

Shape warped within a week
I'm still using this product to reduce the sound of my keystrokes, but the plastic warped after 1 week of regular use. Now it bunches up in the middle, and I have to work around its weird shape. Not durable.

Fits perfectly!
I eat meals at my computer so I needed a cover for the keyboard. I've had one of these before for an older Mac so I just had to check to make sure I ordered the correct one for my new computer. Love it, and it's so easy to keep clean too.
