It goes through the dishwasher without any problems. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute little cafetiere, easy to clean, but some of the black is starting to peel away *by E***S on 26 July 2023* This cute little cafetiere is perfect for my daily coffee since I'm the only person who drinks coffee in my house. Although it's listed as "2 cups", I find it is a perfect fit for my one big mug - and even leaves some room for a slug of oat milk on top. The only reason I deducted a star from my overall score is because it's starting to lose some of it's black paint. This won't impact the product or make it stop working, it just looks a bit messy. One piece to note if you find the pour comes out too slowly is that it has a definite "spout" area on the plunger that you'll want to line up with the spout of the jug. If you don't line it up it'll be slow to pour at best and, at worst, leak!
