Good Variety - Good heat distribution
First off: I'm primarily a hobbyist. I'm sure that a professional will have drawers full of soldering tips for every occasion. And I'm sure that there are plenty of companies that will happily sell you a diamond-encrusted nano-coated extreme platinum limited military edition for the cost of a new car.So I can only speak to my own, admittedly narrow needs.I've been really bad about maintenance of my soldering iron over the years. The reason that I bought a Weller in the first place was to have tight control over temperature and an overall better end product. And then I stuck with the OEM tip. For years. Recently I needed a fine tip for some precision mounts. So I had a novel idea and figured I'd just get a variety pack and start actually using the appropriate tips for the appropriate jobs.Crazy! Right? It came and I busted out the 0.2mm bent conical tip for the one task that I needed it for. My biggest surprise was that I had to crank up the temperature a bit in order to get any flow. But then I realized that the laws of physics are still a thing and that more heat was needed due to the smaller surface area.I seasoned the tip, ran it through some shredded copper and got to work.Solder flowed, electrons were connected, and there was much rejoicing. And just for grins I decided to try something that I had never been able to do successfully. I tried hand soldering an ESP32 MCU onto a prototyping board. And after about 20 minutes of hunched over swearing, I closed my eyes, offered a prayer to the USB gods, and plugged everything in.And it worked. I know! I'm as surprised as you! It's entirely possible that any new fine-point tip would have enabled me to get everything working. Maybe this set is terrible and that any *real* professional would rather solder using a magnifying glass and the sun than to even gaze upon them. But over the past few days I've run most of them through my painfully amateur tinkering workflow and everything is still both hunky and dory. So for my modest needs, they're perfect. The 0.2mm and 0.6mm conicals, and the 4.6mm knife have proven to be the most useful of the bunch (for me at least).Overall I'm happy. Though I definitely should have picked up something like this when I had initially purchased my iron. Live and learn. My unit - Weller WESD51

Nice to have such a wide variety for a reasonable price
First impressions were good. I measured them with calipers and compared them to the Weller product and they were within .005". (The Weller products varied .003" from each other). Then to tinning them, and they all accepted solder easily and evenly, without any voids. (Remember to tin any tip at the lowest temperature possible to prevent oxidation of the tip material before the solder gets to flow on it.) The heat regulation seemed good as well (I believe the heat sensor relies on the magnetic properties of the tip changing with the temperature of the tip.) All in all, it's nice to have such a wide variety of tips, since I work on anything from surface mount chips with the pins on .025" centers to hand wired 1930's tube radios. As for longevity, time will tell, but they come from a country where there is a LOT of hand soldering going on, so the need for quality soldering tips is very high. Hopefully these are part of that supply.

I could tell they were good just from the packaging
It might sound silly, but you can tell these are nice just from the package. Each tip comes in a very thick plastic bag and everything is packaged into nicely folded foam and in another thick bag. The care it takes to package something like this let’s me know it’s a quality product. Each tip was factory tinned extremely well and the couple I tried heat up well and do the job. It’s really nice to get this abundance of good tips! Definitely recommend.

Great Variety of Tips
I have a Weller 1010NA soldering station. I originally needed some larger tips for better heat transfer to melt solder on larger gauge wires to PCBs. I bought a set which included some medium sized heads but ultimately it was still difficult to get the heat transfer I needed to solder or de-solder larger gauge wire to the PCB.I looked though other cheaper options for compatible heads, but they didn't seem to include the larger sizes which would provide the heat transfer I needed. However, when I came across this set, I saw that it included some larger tips that weren't included in the less expensive tips. I still choose this set even though I would have some duplicate tips. And it was well worth it, the larger tips quickly heated up the solder on the larger gauge wires and made it quick and easy to solder the wires to the PCB. I am pleased with the purchase. This set includes tips that EVERY set should contain.Don't struggle with smaller tips if you have larger wires or components to solder. The savings in time and frustration is worth the purchase.

Quality soldering tips
The media could not be loaded. This is a great variety pack of tips to meet all of your soldering needs. I use a Weller WE1010NA soldering iron for my work in the film and television industry and these tips are a perfect fit.

Nice fit. Very good quality
For the price, I expected an OK quality level at best. I just received them today. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality very close if not equal to the OEM tips. The tip coating is equal and uniform over the entire tip.The base material is of excellent quality and the tips conduct heat extremely well. The heat at the tip is within 2 degrees of the set temperature, meaning the conduction is fantastic. I will update this review once I have some time on the tips.I would recommend these tips to anyone, whether they are professional or a hobbyist.

Bent Tip is the best
The bent tip holds on solder really well and doesn't release it all over the board unless it goes to a copper pad. This is probably the best tip for micro-soldering I have purchased for my Weller. I have tried other tips and found while they hold solder it oxidizes very quickly and have to constantly use tip tinner which shortens the life span of the tip drastically. after hours of use I never once had to retin the tip! Highly recommended
