I bought these to see if they would reduce that sound some sandals make when they hit the bottoms of your feet while you’re walking, usually at the heel. I stuck them right onto the insoles of my sandals so I wouldn’t go through so many pairs. They virtually eliminate that annoying sound. I haven’t tried to remove them yet, but I plan on sticking them to my feet instead for use with other pairs so I won’t have to worry about residue. A little expensive, but work well. The backing is a bit difficult to separate from the sticky part though. Maybe just me.

I have severe foot issues following a hammertoe surgery, and need support. I wouldn't be able to walk without these metatarsal 'cookies' in my shoes. One of the few things that work for me.

I loved the prices on these pads and was really hoping they'd replace my Mom's more expensive foot pads. Well she tried them and she said they did help but at the end of the evening some of the pads would come off correctly, but others would split in half. But may purchase them again if she needs them.

Weirdly I use these pads cut in half. I put them on my bunion when I go hiking to pad them they were great! I know it’s a little unconventional. But they work for me.

The sticky backing is almost impossible to remove, and some stick and some don't. They compress to about 1/8 of an inch or less within an hour. I will buy the brand I used to buy, these are cheap and worthless. 🙄

I use these all the time . I place them on my insoles but to keep the pads from rolling up/moving after a couple of uses put duck tape over them. Have the tape go a bit past in both directions so you foot does not catch the edge and all will be good. Lasting for quite a while now and stopped the rubbing I had on a taylor bunion(outside of foot). Much easier than putting other pads on my foot and trying to get the sock over the pad each time--and those would move while running.

These work very well inside my shoe, but if you want to remove it or take is out it is pretty tough to get out

I had been making these with a pad purchased through my podiatrist. These are much easier to work with however a stronger heavy duty adhesive would be much better.
