2000 Plus Quick Dry Refill Ink, Ink for Pre Ink Stamps, Ink for Glossy Papers, Ink for Zip Lock Bag (White Ink)

After fighting with this I went to the review to see if anybody has reviewed it. 3 ppl. Probably the chinese owner and a worker or two. No instruction. Small arrow on the bottle but nor insight if it means anything. All kind of ink on my hands trying to figure this out. Only fast dry ink on Amazon. Feeling frustrated as it just comes as a bottle with nothing on it. Says made in J. Not happy and will be returning it after I get my hands cleaned up.

Very useful ink.
