CHIPS AHOY! Original Chocolate Chip Cookies, 13 oz

The cookies were much smaller than they used to be! And that tasted a bit old. I have always bought this brand of chocolate cookies. I was so, so disappointed! I am a senior citizen who has no means of getting around. Never thought Nabisco would lose their quality

Starting the school year with the story, "Who took the Cookie from the Cooke Jar? The story helps the students learn each classmate's name. Plus, there is the fun at the end where they all get to have a cookie. These are very tasty and the kids all love them. Plus there are a lot in the package. Ordered three so we can play the game for three days . . . . Yum . . . .

If you havent tried Chips Ahoy in awhile...do it. And make sure you dip it for 12 seconds exactly in your milk. Its perfect and fulfills my sugar cravings

The cookies themselves were just as good as I remember; however as many others have noted, the packing left much to be desired. Both boxes contained about half or more broken cookies and crumbs. I had previously bought two smaller size packages, and they were mostly whole cookies. I will try these one more time, but if the next order is so broken, I will either switch to the smaller packages, or find a different cookie. Update: New boxes came today. Not as badly crushed as before, but still many broken cookies. Switching to chewy chips ahoy - will see if they do better in the shipping.

I was all set for a cozy night with my favorite show and a packet of Chips Ahoy cookies. What I got instead was a bag of broken dreams. I opened the packet, only to find a cookie massacre. Crumbs everywhere, shards of cookies in every nook and cranny of the packet. I felt like I was starring in a cookie crime scene investigation. It was like Chips Ahoy sent their cookies on an extreme sports adventure before they reached my doorstep. Maybe they thought I wanted a bag of cookie gravel? I could practically hear the cookies screaming, "Hold me, I'm falling apart!" as I tried to salvage the sad little pieces. Eating them felt like trying to assemble a jigsaw puzzle where half the pieces are missing, and the other half are chewed by the dog. At this rate, I might as well have just poured a glass of milk directly into the packet and called it cereal. If you enjoy eating cookies with a spoon and mourning the loss of what could have been, then this is the snack for you. As for me, I'll be sweeping up the crumbs of my shattered cookie dreams for days. Thanks, Chips Ahoy, for giving me trust issues with my snacks.

Nibisco Chips Ahoy is the must get for those looking for the old school taste of chocolate chips cookies. Strictly avoid the Indonesia/Danone version which taste like chemicals.

We get these regularly. Only down side is that they usually come with a few cookies being broken. They all go down just the same though 😆
