I bought these to repair an tiny hole that was causing my queen size air mattress to completely taco me within a few hours. Worked great! Remember to use the included sand paper to rough the area around the hole first before you apply the patch. The patch is to be applied to the outside of the air mattress for those who have never patched one before.I'm actually writing this review about 6 months after I fixed the hole, and its still holding strong and looks good.

I have used these a few times over the past couple of years after decades of using the old fashioned glue-based patches. I got really good at those, so it's almost a let down how much easier these things are to use, and I have yet to have one fail on me. I had one tire punctured multiple times by goat-head thorns when my son rode his bike over a dry, grassy area, and these things made quick work of making that tube usable again. Also, these kits are so small, I have one in every bag I ever use while biking.

As a road biker I deal with flats .... CONSTANTLY!!! I got these to fix the small holes in tubes. I was very skeptical that they'd work, but .... they do. They are not as good as a regular patch but they do the job and are so much easier than normal patching.

I ran out of glue for my regular patches, and I’m too frugal to buy more tubes just because of a pinch flat. I’m the 3-patches-max type of guy.I was absolutely skeptical about these patches because “glue is needed to make them stick”, but the 3M adhesive they put on these things work so well, I may have found my new go-to patch.I patched about 6 tubes with these and they all still held air after a day. The one in my rear mountain bike tire is still doing well. Even after it was partially submerged during some river crossings. No leaks detected. Bonus: I like how, when properly adhered, they almost disappear onto the tube. Let’s you know it’s good and stuck.

We were on a 2 days of X-country ride. Already after 10 miles we run on some sort of dry grass and in no time my companion and myself we had a flat. I had 2 pinholes in my rear wheel that appear to be caused by thorns that were still stuck in the tire. I could remove the these thorns only with my Lederman tool pliers. What surprised me is that air run pretty fast from the tube although I had a self sealing tube filled with "sealing slime". I decided not to use one of the 2 spare tubes I had fearing that I might need them later. After applying 2 patches I could continue for the entire trip without replacing the tube. These patches can hold pretty big pinholes just make sure to sandpaper and thoroughly clean the area around the hole.
