It is sturdy yet elegant. Heavy item indeed but it should be, definitely adds to the quality of it all. It compliments my fragrances and the clinking sound it makes with the bottom of the glass fragrance is just something I enjoy. The corners are glued seamlessly and the little rubber feet keep it solidly affixed to the surface. When it first arrived, I realized I could use this for so many other purposes such as keeping my bathroom countertop more organized or as place for my keys and every day carry.Utilitarian yet beautiful aesthetic. A solid buy if you are looking for something to keep a few things tidy but with a touch of elegance.

For some reason there is a question about being light weight. I gave it a 3 to be neutral. This is not supposed to be a light weight product. It is real Marble and it is supposed to be heavy.It is beautiful and perfectly polished has some silicone tabs for feet that are perfect .great for the dressing table.

Product is exactly as described, I currently use it as a tray for my cooking oils next to my stove. It is exposed to indirect heat, oil splatter, oil, etc. still looks brand new after a quick cleaning.

This marble tray is so awesome! Heavy, sturdy, beautiful design. Even has some tiny things on the bottom to keep it from scratching your counter. Love it!!!

Just got it with good expectation due to good reviews posted here. But, at the time when I opened the box, I found there are many APPARENT scratches on both the surface and bottom of the tray. Very disappointed - as I got this POOR QUALITY tray that costs $130 CAD! Will get it returned.
