This coffee machine is brilliant. Easy to use, easy to clean. The only downside is the price.

Came across this machine whilst on holiday and was impressed by ease of use and taste of (supplied) Genuine Nespresso coffee varieties that I bought one for domestic use. It is a commercial machine and priced accordingly but is being used after a succession of failed 'bean to cup' , cappachino and domestic Nespresso machines. It feels very solidly built, is easy to clean and I would expect it to last in a household of heavy coffee drinkers. Downside perhaps is that its coffee casules are not so readily available (eg in supermarkets) but there is a huge selection to choose from on line, both Nespresso and compatible capsules once different suppliers have been identified.

Unable to use as the item is unable to register the item with Nespresso as the item is for a business and they will not honour any warranty. The item does not come with the filter , when you try and buy one Nespresso will not sell you one unless you are a registered business with them . Basically not useable. I will be returning the item for a full refund

I ordered this because the Nespresso direct website added on VAT at the last moment, which annoys me. However, this machine, whilst ostensibly ok, is slightly clunky compared to my last others identical machine (eg the swinging mechanism to allow a larger cup under the spout keeps getting stuck). In addition, instead of getting the coffee pods advertised, I was sent Leggero coffee pods, which I don't like. Technically this is a contract infringement, so very disappointing. You have been warned! Finally, there was no sign of a warranty.

Machine came without a plug and very difficult to contact to get it sent to me.

Using this on holiday in Rhodes in a 5 star hotel room. Shockingly hopelessly bad and it's a replacement machine. Last time we were here it wasn't much better: they've either short lives or don't like bottled water - we can't understand it. This is a Vertuo; we've had "pod" machines at home for years, on our third I think, but they're infinitely superior based on our experience.

Avevo preso questa macchina perché è prevista per uso semi-professionale, convinto della sua affidabilità. Ne ho fatto un uso domestico, 5 o 6 caffè al giorno ma dopo due anni ha cominciato a funzionare male, nonostante l’uso di acqua minerale a bassissimo residuo fisso (22 mg/l): esce pochissimo caffè, quello che esce è acqua tinta e la maggior parte finisce nel raccoglitore. Appena avrò tempo la smonterò, per fortuna il manuale, di una settantina di pagine, è molto dettagliato nel disegno delle parti e nel loro smontaggio. Ne ho nel frattempo acquistata un’altra, anche perché ho una certa scorta di capsule. Bisogna anche sapere che le capsule idonee non si trovano nei negozi ma vanno ordinate al distributore. Si trova qualcosa anche su Amazon.

Al principio bien salvo por la menor disponibilidad para las cápsulas, si quieres compatibles. Comprada en julio de 2024 y estropeada en febrero del 2025. Se intentará usar garantia
