Just perfect
Sturdy and assembly went well. My car is a senior and the platforms are easy for her to navigate. Plenty of room on each one for her. Great price as well. Although the covering isn't very thick, it is soft. I use a think blanket for extra comfort.

Sturdy and attractive
I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought the gray color, but as you can see in the photos, it is a very dark gray - more charcoal and not the light color that is shown in the advertisement. The item is very sturdy. The carpet covering is thin, which was fine with me, just be aware it is not plush if that’s something you are looking for. I likely will buy an additional tower for another place in my house.

Middle shelf isn’t quite sturdy
And I wish it came I with a pad for the top shelf but other than that, the kitties love it. Perfect height. Easy to assemble but again, the middle shelf doesn’t stay tight so it slopes down a bit. Cats won’t use that level anyway so no big deal. I’m keeping it!

I absolutely love the height of this cat observation post.
I absolutely love the height of this cat observation post. It doesn’t take the place of a full-sized cat tree; but is a great addition to any room with a window. The radiator under the window made this a nice warm platform that the kittens also loved sleeping on in cold weather. After three months of gentle use by three kittens the top level of this short cat “tower” broke off because of the flimsy materials that it was made of. The “tower’s” original columns are made of thick rolled/shaped cardboard with a small block of particle board stapled into the tops, to which the top platform was attached with large hollow wall fasteners and screws, creating an overextended cantilevered shelf. My son and I cut wooden blocks to insert and screw into the column tops with the old threaded fasteners attached to tops of the blocks to restore and improve the connection points. Adding a wooden column with a wide capital at the top to the front portion of the cantilevered shelf corrected this product’s poor design and will prevent any future failures. I will wrap the new column with sisal so that it matches the other columns.I paid $79.99 in April 2021, which is a lot for cardboard and pressed wood. I would not have purchased this at it’s current price of $104.99; especially since there are better designed models sold on Amazon for $63.37 made of solid wood.

Great design, slightly flawed for large and senior cats
I have been looking for a simple cate tree for my two large senior cats so that they can climb up, perch and look out the kitchen window. This cat tree looked very promising and received good reviews, so I purchased it.I received it today, and easily assembled it within 15 minutes. My cats were very interested and climbed into the carpeted perches while I put the thing together. When assembled, the cat tree is solid, the carpet is plush but also pretty shed resistant, which I like, and the green color is really pretty. The biggest draw back is that the two perches that act as stairs do NOT create a deep enough stairway for my large and slightly arthritic cats to climb up. There is interest from both cats, but the stair design is simply too narrow for them to easily climb up and down. The ledges are only 4" deep and VERY steep. My cats need an additional 2-3" of depth to step up on the ledges; that additional depth would also ease the angle of ascent which is currently about a 65-70 degree angle!I will give an update once it's in the space for longer; but right now, the narrow ledges not being climbable is super disappointing. To give an idea of size, my cats aren't fat, but they're very long: 20" long, 16 pounds and 18" long, 11 pounds. At 14 years old, they definitely need stairs to jump up on things, and this tree just doesn't provide the depth of space needed to climb.

Not worth any cost
The description an units pictured were shown with real carpet on ths somthat was what I expected to to arrive. Instead it was covered with the cheap fake fur. The scisel rope on the posts imediately began t unravelmand peal away within the first month. Bynseveral months in the fake fur hadnslide around on each of the shelves so that itmwould no longer sit flat and cover each shelf without being bunched up in spots. Lthough thenoverall frame, shelves, and posts were sturdy all,of the covering material used was cheap and easily displaced within weeks. I would not buy this unit ever agin.

exactly what we were looking for!
This cat tower was easy to put together, the fabric is really soft, and it’s incredibly sturdy - plus my cats love it!

Worth it
This one has held up well for a couple of years, now. The cats like it - they take turns using it at nap time.
