This product is a must have for a great massage. It is oil based so if you don’t like that take note. That being said, even though it is oil based it’s doesn’t leave you feeling oily and gross after you massage it in. This oil allows me to work my hands from top to bottom without feeling sticky. Your hands just glide wherever you need them to. I will never massage my fiancé‘s back without using this again. It allows you to get a nice deep tissue massage and feel out any muscle knots.I like to just put a quarter size amount in my hand and I rub my hands together until it is warm, that way it is not cold on the first touch.I feel like this is a high-quality massage oil and when I run out, I will most likely buy this one again
