Ordered 2 of these some weeks ago but one of the lids literally kept flying off . I sent a message to seller and never got a reply but was pleasantly surprised when today out of the blue a new lid arrived, well done to the company for simply replacing my lid without fuss. I'm impressed and I'm not easily impressed

I bought this bin. Took forever to arrive and the seller wasn’t very helpful. When I said I am at home with a broken ankle and no one knocked they didn’t really believe me. Turns out the delivery people couldn’t be bothered and went to the post office instead. A few weeks later it’s completely broken and honestly the worst. Even the way the bin bag sits isn’t very good because it just rips. The bin really isn’t well made or worth the money. Requesting a refund but sadly it looks like the company doesn’t wish to make things right even though I’m probably not the only one who has had this situation!!

The catch on bin is a bit stiff hard to open it you have arthritis

When I received it and took it out the box it was dented

Compact, unobtrusive and completely seals smells. Easy pop-up function with just a gentle press.

Loved this bin, is well priced, large capacity and seemed sturdy.. til the lid broke after few weeks of light use. No matter how many times I put it back together it comes off everytime. Looks like a faulty soring mechanism. Overall pretty disappointed.
