Amazing support u never get anywhere
This is my review in Amazon products even then I been using this platform for many years. I wanted to write just for the support what I got from Rose furniture.Product pros:Extremely comfortable and cushion is well fit. My weight is around 90kg but no sounds or no jerk when I lean on it.Product cons:The finishing is not that great but still looks good and clean.Packaging and Transport issues:I reeived the product with damaged hydraulic cover and back seats.Support from customer support team:When I did the complaint I got the new hydraulic cover dispersed again and they promised me to pay for damages if I repair it.They did kept the promise true and transferred the pay which I spend to repair.Conclusion:Faults or damages on product with this online platform when it gets disbursed can happen any time and anywhere. But these guys really worked hard and did the good follow ups to rectify all and they did that perfectly. Thats how you win this market. Extremely happy on this kind of support they provided me.Hence so I felt I should made my first review on this platform for this product.Looking forward in the future to avail more services from this guys.

Good value for money product
Needed a chair for work at home . Finally decided to give Rose Chair a try.The item came unassembled but thanks to an efficient support staff team I assembled it myself with ease.All you need to do is remove the blue cap of hydraulic tube and place the seat on top of it .The tiling, height adjusting and moving around etc works fineWould reccomed the chair to all those who ate searching for one.

Chrome & Plastic finish are looks cheap, it’s not really comfortable for long time and leaning back you have move back all the way.
