Sakkas Maya Floral Embroidered Sleeveless Button Up Rayon Dress

I've been buying clothes from Sakkas for YEARS. I keep coming back to their store because I have NEVER, EVER been disappointed by their clothes. I bought this identical dress, in another color this time, about a month ago.Sakkas has the most gorgeous, heavily embroidered fabric, (great detail) deep color, perfectly sized dresses, for me. I'm 5'4" and the length comes to just above my ankles, just as shown in the pictures. I'll be able to wear this dress as a sundress, or coupled with a shirt under it or with a jacket in cooler weather. This dress is classy enough to wear out to a 5 star restaurant, comfortable enough to wear casually or anywhere else. I keep coming back to Sakkas, and I will continue to return to Sakkas, because their clothes are the BEST!

I bought this to wear to a wedding. I purchased a cover/duster style sweater to wear over it since the wedding was in January. It was perfectly true to size, very well made and comfortable. I would love to buy these in other colors if available. I got lots of complements.

If you are overweight to the point of being a 1X or larger this is the only style that can fit. All that have bodice's are very, very tight and even the 3X/4X size would be in American sizes equivalent to a large or maybe XTRA large. It is such a shame that this designer is so mean with the material that she could not design her other styles to work with us heavier ladies. But this dress is comfortable and very nice. I am so pleased that I purchased this design but all the rest have been sent back.

16W. I'm 240#, 5'7". I bought a 1-2X and am 95% pleased with the fit. I wear a C cup. It is a little bit tight in the breast. It is so pretty. I get compliments all the time.

Love this style dress!! I'm 5'3" and it doesn't drag the ground. Actually have a couple of inches above my ankle. Wash and wears like a dream! I have 4 colors

This dress is pretty but it’s heavy. Like the material is heavy. And size is off. I wear medium. I am 5’2”-133 pounds. The sm/md was very tight across my bust. The length was perfect. I exchanged it for a lg/xlg. Still tight across my chest and a little longer than I wanted.

I have ordered from this company before, and I ordered the same size as last time. I thought it was me then I read the reviews. Nope not me. Bust and arm holes are way too small. Strange fit. I Well be returning it.

I liked the way this dress fit so I ordered it in 3 different colors. I tried on a couple of the other types dresses but they just didnt look as good on me as they did on the young skinny model. I'm a 38C with broad shoulders and the lg/extra lg fit without straining the buttons. It also ties at the waist in the back so it gives me curves instead of looking like I'm wearing a tent. The fabric is nice and the embroidery is beautiful. I really like this dress. Quality. Looks expensive.

Lovely dress, the small was v small, the large absolutely massive. Had to alter...lift shorten shoulder straps, take up the hem on the medium..looks great now! I am short but curvy, size 12 and wear them long (to ankles).

J'ai eu beaucoup de compliments sur cette tenue : sa couleur est superbe et les broderies lui donnent un aspect un peu médiéval.Le tissu est extrêmement doux et fluide, la robe est bien taillée et dissimule les rondeurs.Attention, il faut mettre une lingette au lavage, car elle a tendance à dégorger, mais je ne regrette pas une seconde mon achat.Je recommande d'ailleurs la marque car ce n'est pas la première robe que j'achète chez eux et je suis toujours ravie du résultat.

Turquoise has become my favorite colour this season. I've racked up quite a few different Sakkas dresses and tops in this colour. This is the first full length (almost) dress I've bought and it's beautiful and feminine, loose and flowy. It was really humid and sticky out today, and I wisely chose this dress to wear to an appointment. I looked great, and was cooler than if I'd worn a top and leggings.Now, I am familiar with this brand of clothing, and as such I was careful to size up and I'll warn folks to wash on gentle and hang to dry or you will get shrinkage. Actually, I just washed this and though it was washed in cool water it shrunk up at least 5 inches in length. No longer floor length, it's now mid calf. But it washed beautifully and hung to dry, the wrinkles fell out. Because it's rayon, or a rayon blend it has wrinkles which literally will fall right out after a few minutes of wear. The material is stonewashed and soft. I've been quite disappointed with some of my latest most expensive Sakkas purchases, but because this isn't totally full of embellishments and fancy lace and cutout seams(except the gussets), there's not much that can go wrong, except in length. (It does shrink in length 3-4 inches--do not dry in dryer--mine are hung on line)UPDATE- I have this dress now in burgundy, both a 1X/2X and a 3X/4X in burgundy--also turquoise, black, purple and navy. The first turquoise was longer in front--but these are made for larger ladies, I assume the extra is for extra bust and belly size. Now, I'm 5.4, a 42B, . These all fit me fine--in fact I even bought a 3X/4X and no way is it any more than a 2X--it's small enough it fits me, and I wear 1X usually. So--hopefully everyone reads the reviews and allows for sizing up at least 1 size or more if you are more busty.
