The product arrived in a box, sealed. Inside the box there were 2 leaflets. One were the instructions on how to use it. The other one, was expanding on use, and it includes a detailed general advice on dermarolling, explaining when, how and on what parts of the body the different needle sizes are to be used. It puts great emphasis on safety and this really impressed me. It is a great general guide to dermarolling for anyone, but particularly useful for a novice. It shows that the manufacturer pays great attention to customer needs and the overall quality of the product. This is a nice and sturdy dermaroller, light in weight and easy to use. It appears to be of a good quality and effective. The size of the roller head is a good for treating body parts other than the face. The needles are sharp enough, and uniformly distributed across the roller's head. Used with light pressure, the 1.5 mm needles size is gentle and there is no discomfort or post-treatment bruising. I used it on my abdominal stretch marks with Bio Oil as slip, and was happy with results. My skin was left feeling soft and smooth with no significant redness or irritation. The visible reduction in stretchmarks requires more consistent use. Used wisely, this is a great skin care product. There are not that many derma-rollers with this head size on offer on Amazon, and to be honest I went for one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest one. Considering the built quality, the ease of use and the user-friendly manuals, which I have rarely seen enclosed with most of the products I bought in general, (even the expensive ones), I think this is an excellent value for money dermaroller which I am more than happy to recommend.

Blunt needles. Have used several different derma rollers so know the difference. It's not the width that make it harder to penetrate, it's simply the needles are blunt rendering it useless. Shame nicely made otherwise.

It does the job and the quality is decent. I use it for my scalp to encourage hair growth.

I use this for hyperpigmentation & hypopignemtation. It is brilliant. 3mm with 1200 needles! Its hard to find a long needle roller so super happy with this

Personally I think it’s rubbish. I’ve used derma rollers for a while now and with this one I couldn’t feel the needles at all. I could push it right into my skin and it was painless? Like the needles were blunt. Rubbish
